SCULPTING

The carving is an operation that consists in the surface hammering of the product, using a violent jet of spherical pellets. The machines (shot peening), which carry out this treatment, project the jet towards the pieces to be machined via compressed air. The result is a plate engraved with an indelible design.

BUSH HAMMERING

The hammering is a surface treatment of concrete, which creates a slightly corrugated surface, giving an appearance similar to the natural material. Textures with a "rustic" surface, obtained by bush-hammering, have always been appreciated for their chiaroscuro values. Today this system is often used for external flooring, thanks to its anti-slip characteristics.

ANTIQUATED

This particular process is obtained by superficially hammering the product. This process creates an antique effect on the product. The artefact will have a workmanship that makes it unique because every single piece differs in its workmanship.

 COATING OF SLABS

Once matured, our slabs are completed with a surface layer whose purpose is to protect the slab. It is applied via a spraying process. This layer makes cleaning and maintenance of the product much easier.

QUARTZ COLOR SYSTEM

The Quartz Color System is a production system based on the union of a special mixture with a characteristic production process. The mixture involves the introduction of a certain quantity of quartz to increase the physical-chemical performance of the product and at the same time enhance its technical performance. The special production process instead creates a certain impermeability between the treated element and the outside, allowing easier cleaning of the flooring and a reduction in stains compared to an untreated Quarz Color System product. The colors resist more tenaciously over time, enhancing the design of the flooring

Quadra

Quadra is the collection of concrete slabs whose prerogative is the versatility of the product itself, created to adapt to stylistic and structural needs, leaving total creative freedom.
