Filtering and draining floors

Favaro1 filter blocks are made of porous matrix concrete with interconnected cavities that allow water to pass through the element. Their high porosity allows water to percolate, reaching the underlying layers and retaining pollutants, preserving the natural water cycle. The presence of interconnected cavities promotes moderate air recirculation and water evaporation, helping to prevent the "heat island" effect. 

Favaro1 draining blocks allow the passage of water through the permeable material in the joints or through holes in the block itself. These permeable outdoor pavings eliminate water stagnation, aquaplaning and surface runoff, preserving the environment and allowing water to follow its natural cycle.
