Recycle 2.0
Filtering flooring in marble stone
- Patented product
*Recycling 2.0: Excellence in Drainage and Design for Outdoor Paving*
Recycle 2.0 is the new frontier in the outdoor flooring sector, a product that combines the functionality and sustainability of the Recycle floor with an innovative double-layer design. The first layer, made entirely of marble stone, not only gives a luxurious and refined appearance, but also improves the technical performance of the flooring.
*Distinctive features of Recycle 2.0:*
1. *Double Layer with Marble Stone*: The double layer composition with marble offers an elegant and resistant surface, ideal for both residential and commercial environments. This fine material is perfect for those looking for a touch of class without compromising functionality.
2. *Excellent Filtering Capacity*: With a runoff index of 0.05 and a filtering capacity of 50 liters of water per m²/s, Recycle 2.0 guarantees effective management of rainwater, avoiding surface accumulation . This feature allows the floor to be laid without the need for slopes, greatly facilitating installation.
3. *Reduction of the Heat Island Effect*: Recycle 2.0 actively contributes to mitigating the heat island effect, keeping the surface temperature 5º lower than other conventional floorings. This advantage makes outdoor spaces more comfortable, especially during the summer months.
4. *Versatile driveability*: Thanks to its robustness and intelligent design, Recycle 2.0 offers driveability that varies depending on the format, even supporting heavy loads, including articulated maneuvering vehicles. This makes it ideal for parking areas, driveways and highly frequented public spaces.
5. *Contemporary Aesthetics*: The elegant design and clean lines of Recycle 2.0 integrate perfectly into any architectural context, giving a modern and refined look to gardens, squares and commercial areas.
6. *Sustainability*: Like its predecessor, Recycle 2.0 is made with eco-friendly materials, contributing to responsible construction and a greener environment.
In summary, Recycle 2.0 represents an innovation in the field of outdoor flooring, combining aesthetics, exceptional performance and sustainability, making it the ideal choice for those looking for a cutting-edge flooring solution.

These give excellent performance of the walking surface. Unlike ordinary concrete used in self-locking floors, it is composed of a concrete with a porous matrix (100% draining), this is formed by interconnected cavities that allow water to pass through the element and on non-rainy days, favors a thermal exchange with the underlying layers, thus avoiding the "heat island" effect.
Thanks to the use of high quality grit, porous concrete and recycled material content (CAM P276 Certificate), Recycle 2.0 allows to reconcile permeability, resistance, reducing the environmental impact of the flooring.
Physical mechanical characteristics according to the UNI EN 1338 standard, test methods applicable without CE marking requirement: nominal dimensions 375x250 mm, nominal thickness 110 mm, nominal thickness tolerance ±4 mm, minimum breaking load for cutting ≥ 250 (N/mm), slip/slip resistance (USRV – average value) ≥79.
Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, recycled material content according to CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥17.3%, solar reflectance index SRI (for white-based colors) according to ASTM E1980 ≥29, the presence of a significant latent heat flow determines a marked reduction in the surface temperature of the ground and corresponds to a significant reduction in the air temperature. Minimum coefficient of permeability at variable load ((k) at 10°C) (according to UNI CEN ISO/TS 17892-11). k=4.77 * 10-3 (17172 mm/h), capable of disposing of 100% of the maximum precipitation levels of design rainfall throughout the national territory, both new and long-term. The permeability of the pavement is therefore largely sufficient to guarantee the infiltration of the maximum rainfall and allows the correct transfer to the lower layers of even the maximum foreseeable contribution with a return period of 50 years.
It has the capacity to store large quantities of water and infiltrate them over time.
Recycle ®️ can guarantee a flow coefficient of 0.05, a value that can be considered hydraulically invariant with respect to the type of agricultural land subject to the usual agronomic processes.
Installed according to the methods indicated by the UNI 11241 standard, with the exception of the granulometric melt of the bedding sand and the infill, on a ballast prepared according to the type of traffic expected and the state of the natural soil on the basis of the indications of the "Catalog for the dimensioning of pavements in urban areas" published by Assobeton, 2005: the materials used for the bedding layer and the ballast and their compaction conditions must in any case guarantee, in addition to the necessary load-bearing capacity, also long-term permeability coefficients such as to allow regular filtration of surface water up to the collection level, or for total infiltration into the subsoil, on the basis of the projected rainfall. It should be remembered that the greater the slope of the pavement, the lower its permeability (due to a greater surface flow coefficient).
