Con Emotion, la geometria diventa trendy e sofisticata, abbandonando i canoni classici per rinnovare il proprio aspetto grazie all'uso di linee e proporzioni uniche, unite a tonalità cromatiche naturali. Le simmetrie reinterpretate e le curve sinuose si arricchiscono di nuance vibranti, ispirate alla terra.
Questo pavimento è adatto sia per carrabilità leggere che pesanti, ideale per ampi spazi, viali, marciapiedi e superfici di dimensioni ridotte.
Emotion è caratterizzato da un particolare trattamento superficiale, il Quartz Color System, che lo rende impermeabile e offre maggiore resistenza alle macchie, facilità di pulizia e intensità dei colori.
Disponibile nelle tonalità calde del color Reale, nel classico Grigio Carnico e nell'esclusivo colore Terra d'Umbria, adatto ed elegante in ogni contesto.

Pavement made with high-compaction vibro-compressed concrete slabs.
Emotion Thickness 80, a model from FAVARO1's VIP line, is composed of a double layer. The wear layer, with a minimum thickness of 4 mm, consists of a quartz aggregate mixture that provides high abrasion resistance, enhancing physical and chemical performance on the walking surface.
Thanks to the new-generation blend, the elements possess the following additional aesthetic and durability characteristics:
- Increased color protection from weather effects
- Increased hydro-repellency
- Increased protection against various types of dirt
- Color brilliance withstands over time more tenaciously, enhancing the pavement design.
Physical and mechanical characteristics according to UNI EN 1339 standard: nominal dimensions 325x325/325x545/325x435/325x215 mm, nominal thickness 80 mm, tolerance on nominal thickness ±3 mm, characteristic flexural strength ≥3.5 MPa, minimum flexural breaking load ≥5.6 kN, abrasion resistance ≤20 mm, water absorption ≤6%, average resistance to frost/thaw in the presence of salts ≤1.00 kg/m^2, satisfactory slip resistance. Anti-slip classification R13 according to DIN 51130, anti-slip classification C according to DIN 51097, compliant with anti-slip requirements as per DM 14/06/1989 no.236 for external pavements.
Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, addition of titanium dioxide (only for white-based colors): this is a new class of materials produced with BIOTANIO®, a latest-generation blend studied in our laboratories capable of reducing organic compounds (dirt, pollution deposits, and microorganisms) that may settle on the product. Recycled materials content CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥10.8%, Solar Reflectance Index SRI (for gray or white-based colors) according to ASTM E1980 ≥29. Installed according to the reference methods indicated by UNI 11241 standard on the sub-base prepared according to the expected traffic type and natural soil conditions based on the indications of the "Catalogo per il dimensionamento delle pavimentazioni in ambito urbano" published by Assobeton, 2005: the materials used for the bedding layer and sub-base and their compaction conditions must guarantee the necessary load-bearing capacity.

Extraordinary cleaning and maintenance
The Quartz Color System is a production system based on the combination of a special mixture with a distinctive production process. The mixture involves the addition of a certain quantity of quartz to enhance the physical and chemical performance of the product, while simultaneously amplifying its technical capabilities. On the other hand, the special production process creates a specific impermeability between the treated element and the exterior, enabling easy cleaning of the flooring and reducing stains compared to an untreated Quarz Color System product. The colors remain more durable over time, enhancing the design of the flooring.
