Flooring made with self-locking blocks of vibro-compressed concrete model MATTONE 60 QUARTZO by FAVARO1 in a double layer, with a wear layer having a minimum thickness of 4 mm made up of a mixture of quartz aggregates. Physical and mechanical characteristics according to UNI EN 1338: nominal dimensions 99x198 mm, nominal thickness 60 mm, tolerance on nominal thickness ±3 mm, characteristic indirect tensile strength for shear ≥3.6 MPa, minimum breaking load for shear ≥250 N /mm, abrasion resistance ≤ 23 mm, water absorption ≤ 6%, satisfactory slip/slide resistance. Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, content of recycled material according to CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥10.8%, solar reflectance index SRI (for gray material or white-based colours) according to ASTM E1980 ≥ 29. Installed according to the methods indicated by the UNI 11241 standard on a ballast prepared according to the type of traffic expected and the state of the natural ground based on the indications of the "Catalogue for the sizing of pavements in urban areas" published by Assobeton, 2005.

Mattone 80 Filter

Flooring made with self-locking blocks of vibro-compressed concrete, model MATTONE 80 FILTRANTE by FAVARO1 is composed of a double layer with filter mixtures. The wear layer having a minimum thickness of 4 mm consists of a mixture of quartz aggregates selected to give optimal performance of the walking surface. Physical-mechanical characteristics according to the UNI EN 1338 standard, test methods applicable without obligation of CE marking: dimensions nominal 198x99 mm, nominal thickness 80 mm, tolerance on nominal thickness ±3 mm, abrasion resistance ≤20 mm, slip/slide resistance (USRV – average value) ≥68. Anti-slip classification R13 according to DIN 51130, anti-slip classification C according to DIN 51097, compliant with the anti-slip requirements referred to in Ministerial Decree 14/06/1989 n.236 for external flooring. Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, content of recycled material according to CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥5.4%, solar reflectance index SRI (for gray material or white-based colours) according to ASTM E1980 ≥ 29, Minimum coefficient of permeability at variable load ((k) at 10°C ) ) (according to UNI CEN ISO/TS 17892-11) K= 2.55x10-3 (9180 mm/h), capable of disposing of the 100% of the maximum precipitation levels of project rainfall throughout the country, both short and long term. Installed according to the methods indicated by the UNI 11241 standard, excluding the granulometric melt of the bedding sand and clogging, on a ballast prepared according to the type of traffic expected and the state of the natural soil on the basis of the indications of the "Catalogue for the sizing of pavements in urban areas" published by Assobeton, 2005: the materials used for the bedding and ballast layer and their compaction conditions must in any case guarantee, in addition to the necessary load-bearing capacity, also long-term permeability coefficients such as to allow the regular filtration of surface water up to the collection level, or for total infiltration into the subsoil, based on the design rainfall.
